What Is GPT-3.5?

GPT-3.5 refers to a set of OpenAI language models that build on GPT-3 with additional training for following instructions and conversational use. Models in this family powered early versions of ChatGPT. They improved usefulness for dialogue and instruction-following compared to the base GPT-3 model.
